About PCF

On November 5, 2006, through God’s grace and fervent prayers, Proclaim His Name Christian Fellowship (PCF) held its very first service. About 80 original members prayed day and night for God’s perfect plan for His house and supported the church’s humble beginnings.

PCF was shepherded by Pastor Clem Guillermo, who had ministered to many of our “kababayans” in various countries all over the world and was a regular on-air counselor in the radio program Heartline on 702 DZAS together with his wife, Ate Merlyn. While the baton of leadership has been passed on to our current pastors, Pastor Clem's legacy and heart's passion – Rebuilding Shattered Lives, Restoring Broken Homes, and Repairing Damaged Emotions – continues to influence PCF's ministry of serving families and communities.​

 

In 2013, PCF adapted the G12 system, a Christian evangelism and discipleship strategy to fulfill the Great Commission. It is founded upon the belief that every Christian can mentor and lead twelve people in the Christian faith, following the example of Jesus. Open cells were established, serving as a gateway for accountability within the brethren and the strengthening of their spiritual lives.

 

PCF's discipleship process is described in four steps: Win, Build, Train, and Send. The church provides opportunities for members to serve, grow, and lead. PCF believes that every member can be a leader and that the Lord calls everyone to utilize their talents and bear fruit for His glory.
